You want to stay a few days in Kassel, a modern apartment near downtown,
but at the same time in the countryside?
You want to reach hiking areas in the Hessian low mountains quickly by public
transport? Explore the city and the surroundings using the many bike paths?
Perhaps you are an exhibitor or visitor to an exhibition or the Christmas
market?
Then come to us.
We, the Urlen-family, live in Kassel-Forstfeld since 1971. In 2011 we bought
the house next door and completely modernized and refurbished it.
The upstairs apartment (3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom) has more then 60 square
meters of living space and beds for at least 4 people.
The apartment in the basement has more then 40 square meters of living
space (2 rooms, kitchen, shower) and beds up to 4 people.
Parking is available on the property or in front of the house.
Please do not smoke in the apartments but you can smoke in the garden.
